The Process / How we work / Collaboration
The first step begins with a free consultation at your home or in our expansive 3,500 square foot showroom. Our solutions-driven design team uses an intimate approach to collaborate with you to find the storage solutions that meet your needs and vision.
Once we have captured a deep understanding of the proposed project, we help you explore other important factors. This includes things like materials and style options, as well as hardware and finishes. This phase of the design process often inspires many of our clients to embrace new ideas that they might not have thought of before.
As needed our design team can schedule additional appointments to take detailed measurements of all proposed spaces or to help you dial in various styling cues.
The wide range of options available through our manufacturing facility helps us to provide you with state-of-the-art organization solutions that are also cost-effective. As a family-oriented company, we always keep a close eye on every project’s budget to ensure you receive the quality organization solutions you need at a price that won’t break the bank.
Once all the important details have been gathered we can sit down with you to generate a CAD-based computer animated design. This allows us to create a 3D rendering of the space, to make sure every facet of your vision has been covered and that all your storage needs are met. It also lets you explore different styling cues quickly and efficiently.
Once we arrive at an approved design, we can start moving forward with the manufacturing phase and scheduling the installation.
We strive to provide you with timely installation and setting up a schedule that works best with your timetable. This often includes sending an e-mail that includes the contract listing, pricing, deposit information, and the proposed date for the installation.
Once all the necessary details have been addressed, we can start manufacturing the components of your custom closet space in our 6.000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Being able to produce the majority of the materials in Manalapan, New Jersey helps eliminate shipping delays and other complications that can arrive from using outside vendors.
When all the components are ready, our professional installers will arrive at your home to install your new organization system in a timely manner. Using all our own technicians, instead of outside contractors, ensures that every phase of the installation process is handled with our exacting standards for quality, courtesy, and professionalism.
Most installations can be completed in a single day. For more expansive projects we will provide you with an accurate timetable. As needed, we can coordinate with other contractors who might be providing other services in your home.
